- Q: Can I Pay by Check or Money Order?
- A: Go to www.TFXhealth.com to determine the total cost of your order (including S&H). Send a check or money order payable to TFX Health, LLC for the correct amount to the address below. Please include a note with your name, shipping address, telephone number, and email address and be sure to mention what product(s) you are ordering. Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of receiving your payment.

- Q: How Will My Order Be Shipped?
- A: All orders are shipped via US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation
- Q: How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
- A: Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt of your order
- Q: How Do I Check the Shipping Status of My Order?
- A: After you place an online order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. After the order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number. Go to www.USPS.com and select the “Track & Confirm” option. If you do not receive an email be sure to check your spam filters.
- Q: Can I Expedite Shipping?
- All orders are shipped via US Postal Service for delivery within 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are not currently available.
- Q: How Do I Contact Customer Service?
- A: The best way to contact customer service is to send an email to support@tfxhealth.com or to call the Customer Service line at 1-888-480-0044.
- Q: Do You Have a Money Back Guarantee?
- A: TFXhealth™ offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. The intent for refund must be done within 30 days from the original date of the order to qualify for a full refund. If the intent for refund is done between 30 days and 60 days, a 50% restocking fee will be applied and the total refund will only be 50% of the Purchase Price. Refund requests beyond 60 days of the original purchase date will not be accepted. Shipping & Handling (S&H) fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase. It is illegal to refund any amount greater than the original purchase price, and in no case will the total amount of the refund be greater than the original purchase price (minus S&H).
- Q: What is the Return Policy?
- A: To return a product you MUST do the following: Call the Customer Care Center at 1-888-480-0044, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm MST or send a detailed email to returns@TFXhealth.com, within 30 days of purchase (product issues not declared within 30 days of purchase are not entitled to a full refund). All telephone calls, voicemails, and emails will be date and time stamped for your convenience. When you contact the Customer Care Center, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive a full refund, you must postmark your return within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to clearly write the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package and send it to: TFX Health Returns Dept, 45 N. Barratt Ave, American Fork, UT 84003. TFXhealth™ is not responsible for freight charges incurred when you return a product and will not cover return freight charges under any circumstances.

If you return a package, we recommend that you get proof of shipment. Upon receipt of your returned product with a valid RMA number, a refund will be issued to the credit card you used to make your purchase. After the Returns Department receives your return, it generally takes 3 business days or less to process your refund. Once a refund is processed, it may take several business days for the refund to be posted to your credit card account, depending on the policies and procedures of your financial institution.

- Q: How Do I Know My Personal Information is Secure?
- A: TFX Health™ uses PCI compliant, 128 bit security encryption when processing your order making your personal information more secure than when you hand your credit card to a waiter in a restaurant.
- Q: Are There Any Health Concerns With TFX Products?
- A: All TFX products are safe when used as directed by those in good health. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a serious medical condition, or use prescription medications. For adult use only.
- Q: Do TFX Products Contain Gluten, Allergens, or Unsafe Ingredients?
- A: TFX products do not contain gluten and are free of common allergens including milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat. TFXflex contains White Willow Bark which is a natural source of aspirin (salicin) and should be used with caution by those allergic to aspirin. All ingredients used in TFX products are GRAS certified (Generally Recognized as Safe) under sections 201(s) and 409 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Act.
- Q: Are TFX Products Vegetarian? Kosher? Halal?
- A: Unless otherwise indicated, TFX products are not considered vegetarian, Kosher, or Halal certified.
- Q: Are TFX Products GMP Compliant?
- A: All TFX products are manufactured in the USA in state-of-the-art dietary supplement manufacturing facilities that are in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as outlined by the FDA in CFR 21 Part 111. Strict quality control procedures are maintained to ensure that only the best products carry the TFX brand.
